In a small village by the sea, there lived a boy named Aji. Aji loved the sea and wanted to be a fisherman like his dad.
One day, Aji's dream came true and his dad took him fishing. Aji learned to catch fish and steer the boat.
But then, a storm came and Aji was scared. Aji's dad kept them safe and brought them back to shore.
Aji realized the sea is powerful and must be respected.
And so, Aji learned to love and respect the power of the sea, becoming a proud fisherman in his village just like his dad.
Vocabulary
Fisherman (Noun) - A person who catches fish for a living or for sport.
Steer (Verb) - To guide or control the movement of (a vehicle, vessel, or aircraft), for example by turning a wheel or operating a rudder.
Shore (Noun) - The land along the edge of a sea, lake, or other large body of water.
Respect (Verb) - To recognize the power and unpredictability (of the sea), along with a mindful understanding of its capabilities and dangers.
